Job Overview:
Candidate with sound knowledge and expertise in digital marketing with a minimum of 4+ years of experience handling eCommerce marketing campaigns (Google/Native/Programmatic) and having a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across Google/Native/Programmatic platforms Plan, execute and regularly optimise campaigns’ performance
- A/B testing with different ad creatives and landing pages to improve CVR
- Analyze trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates.
- Track and analyze customer funnel flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Building & Training Media Team members on various aspects of digital advertising
Certification is Google AdWords and Analytics is preferred.
Requirement:
- 4+ years of eCommerce growth/marketing experience
- Possess strong leadership skills, including managing, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Strong hands-on experience in daily eComm execution and process optimization
